The ice cream might look a little scary with the red and blue bits bleeding into the ivory cream, but it tastes exactly like a slice of white cake with ice cream on top. And, Birthday Cake ice cream has quickly become one of Tom Goering's favorites as he scoops bigger-than-normal balls into cones.
